Rates, rates and more rates

The most common question a mortgage broker receives is related to rates. This is also the most difficult to answer as rates literally change daily. This week we saw fixed rates lower and the most common mortgage in our office being a three year product. As the Saskatchewan housing market remains robust be prepared if you are shopping for a new home or maybe a cottage. Have a great long weekend!!
